I don't know that I've ever dealt with a true case of writer's block. I try to keep my writing simple. What does my character want, and what is going to get in the way of her getting it? If I remain true to the simplest form of conflict, I almost always come up with plenty of ideas to torture my character:)! Does that sound mean? That sounds mean. But we want to see our heroes overcome obstacles!
