I too just finished TSITW, and quite enjoyed it - especially the first few chapters where events unfolded 'in real time', almost like an adventure; this really set the scene and created even more interest in the backstory. I understand you're not contacting Chris Knight for now; do you know at all if he or his family have seen your book, or what their thoughts are about it? Are you curious? Or removed?

Thanks for the note Terry. I sent my book to Knight well before it was published, but did not hear back from him. Of course I am curious, but I am not surprised that Knight didn't respond. I hope, and I believe, that he will respect the book.

Michael, I just finished "The Stranger in the Woods" which my family & are I reading for our family book club (my 15-year-old brother-in-law was the one who picked it out!). I loved it despite the sadness of Chris's story. You did a wonderful job describing his inner-life. I'm curious what attracted you to Chris and his story & why you felt his story was worth all the work to tell it? Thank you for writing it!
