I was thinking the same thing. I usually don´t pay that much for my books. But I am giving the first one a go.

All the books I read come from the public library. I order them on the library's home page and pick them up as they become available. So easy. Occasionally, I will browse the selves in the library.

You should look into borrowing the books from the library. I read on my Kindle, but I can borrow the e-books online for 20 days without having to actually go to the Library. That's how I read Easy, and how I'm just starting to read Breakable tonight. It's free and all you need is a library card!
