How do you deal with writer’s block?

Jennifer Sage Writing is the best way to write. Even if it's something you trash later, spending time every day writing and making it a habitual part of your day is the best way to not deal with this mysterious thing called writer's block. I've never actually suffered from it, but that may be because I've always written. Whether it was stories, or poetry in my journal, or scribblings on a napkin that later developed into a plot twist or character…I'm never far from my art. Writing, is my art.

I received my first award as an author at the age of ten. I was nominated for the young authors award in Florida and was invited to a convention and everything. It was awesome. I've been writing since I could read, and still have those early stories with the awkward pictures that I colored on the pages with the words. I'm not very good with a paintbrush, but my pen paints beautifully. :)
