I guess it’s too late now to call in for the Nocturnal Q&A, but I don’t think you ever went into details about this and I’m curious: You mentioned plot holes in the podcasted first draft. I don’t recall any off the top of my head, so if it’s not too traumatic, could you give examples of plot holes?

Scott Sigler As the story developed and Rex became more of a driving force, the plot necessarily changed. The mafia element had to take a back seat, and when it did, all kinds of things fell apart. It's really too much detail to go into, I'm afraid, and after the stressful process of rewriting and rewriting and rewriting, I'd rather just leave them as two separate properties (the first draft and the final).
