If you are asking why he titled this biography Life, I can only guess it is because it is about his life, with a possible wry reference to the many prison sentences he evaded. If you are asking what is the content of the book, it is the hard partying life of a mega-rocker junkie, without much introspection or philosophy, but with occasional insights into musicological history of rock and roll. If you are flippantly making a joke about the title of the book in order to get a rise out of people, you might actually enjoy this book, since that would be consistent with Richards personality as portrayed by him in this book.
