Why do we need guns? Are we willing to kill people just to preserve our own way of life? Is that an experience we are willing to carry... that is a heavy burden. This book is eye opening... disturbing... confusing... maddening... I don't understand. I guess it is evidence for me that this planet does not value life and yet it keeps reproducing.
