SHEILAH
SHEILAH asked:

When Michael would read to Hanna she was so moved she wept; however, I could never reconcile this with the horrors she participated in during the war. How could she be so moved to weep over a novel and yet appear as though her actions during the war were not horrific. I read this years ago, and to this day this question bothers me. Please explain this?
