Rainbow Rowell Hmm. Never horror. I just don't enjoy it. Maybe mystery? There's *some* mystery in the Simon Snow Trilogy. But I'm not really drawn to traditional mystery. I watch "Sherlock" for the character development. :)

I have yet to read Landline (2nd in queue for library hold), which I have heard lots of great things about! How did you make sure that the conversations didn't sound forced, over-the-top, or stiff?
