Hi, my name is Cintia and I'm from Argentina. Being a writer is what I want the most in this world, nothing makes me happier than writing, but I'm more and more frustrated with each passing day, because I've been blocked for 3 years. And it is not that I have an unfinished story. I have NOTHING AT ALL. A blank page in front of me, that only makes me sadder... Is there a way to overcome this? How do you handle it?

Hi Cintia!
Are you working on one story, or are you having trouble writing several story ideas? If you have been working on only one story all this time, I suggest moving on to another story. I've had to do that on several occasions in the past. There are a couple story ideas I have that haven't been written in years because of it. So I know how frustrating it is. Sometimes a story stalls out, and nothing we try can get it going.

I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm dealing with two things: I get discouraged every single day because 96% of manuscripts are rejected, and I haven't had an idea for years, literally. There's too many people wanting to be writers, and knowing there's so much competition just kills me a little every day. When I get motivated, immediatly something appears about the industry that kills it. Any tips on how to deal with this?

Hi Ruth, I absolutely ADORE your work! Have read almost everything you wrote. As English is not my first language, pardon for my mistakes : - ) Anyway, I was wondering if or when will you publish Forever Yours? As everybody else, Dave and Mary will always be my favorite couple! And, do you have an e-mail for us to write you? Thanks for all the fun and laughs you gave me : - ) Bye

Hi Ruth, I usually read your regency romances and historical romances and I noticed that most of your male principal characters were inexperienced. Is there a reason for that? I also read other authors' work with the same genres and probably 98% of them, the leading man were no longer chaste. Some of them were even living debauched lives.
