Rachel Morgan I don't know about other authors, but I definitely go a little bit "fangirl" over some of my characters! If I'm going to be able to write a character (or scene) that's romantic enough for readers to swoon over (*cough, cough* magic carpets ;-) ) then the best way to make that work is if I'm also swooning! Makes it believable for readers ;-)
