Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Stacy Henrie My idea for HOPE AT DAWN (Of Love and War, Book 1) actually came about after I had the idea for Book 2! I wanted to turn that initial idea into a series, so I was considering what other story I could write. That's when I realized I could do a story about Livy, Joel's sister, and for good conflict, I'd have her fall in love with a German-American. Little did I know, just how much conflict I would discover as I researched what life was like for German-Americans during the First World War.
