A Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ user asked Isabel Allende:

Where do you get your inspiration for your characters in your books?

Isabel Allende I get the inspiration for the characters from my own memory, from people I have known, from historical characters (for my historical novels), and often I look for real people who can serve as models for the characters. For example, in my latest novel, Ripper, I found a Navy SEAL to help me create the character of Ryan Miller.
