Perfection. This book was perfection.
If I could give it more than 5 Stars I would throw the whole bucket load of stars at it.
It comprised a bit of everything I love in a romance book: great writing/pacing, fantastic characterization(both main and secondary), laugh-out-loud humour, incredible warmth, swoon-worthy romance and to top it all off, well placed angst which wasn't over the top dramatic.
Lio and Felix were just right for each other. They were FAR from perfect as humans can be but, they complemented each other from the very awkward bumbling beginning. The thing I loved most about them was their warm hearts.Reading about the chemistry they had, both in and out of the bedroom, was a joy.
Also, the inside jokes they shared, the way they played off each other in wit and humor, the way they propped up each other up in times of need and that AWESOME epilogue ensured I had a bigass smile on my face at the end of the book.
Needless to say , I didn’t have a single problem or issue with the book(other than the fact that someone really needed to bitchslap some sense and common human decency into Jacqueline Wilde).
Other than that, it was flawless for me and I intend to add it to my "2018-favourites" shelf as well as re-read the hell out of it!
