Lina | 5563 comments Mary, you're absolutely killing this challenge!!!

message 402: by Mary X (new)

Mary X (marymaryalwayscontrary) | 752 comments I'm only up to JJ. I just like to plan ahead. I'm doing the Romantic Times Author Challenge for another group and I'm trying to match them up as much as possible. Less books to try and squeeze in that way.

message 403: by Manvir (new)

Manvir (lucyheartfilia) I like to plan ahead too, but I'm going to wait to fill in the rest of my blanks since I have a ways to go now. Also because you never know when a new release or some random mention of a book might come out that fits.

I got stuck on GG and then saw the Google cartoon they had for Douglas Adams birthday 3 days ago. I've always wanted to read Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy but it completely slipped my mind while making this list.

ShoSho (shoshost) | 12263 comments I'm looking for a book with hero name "Gary the Ghoul" ,does it exist? I'm really stuck on my GG. I got two books for it but not in the mood for any of them.

message 413: by Elishia (new)

Elishia | 2620 comments Shosho do you really want a book with that character?

I'm having that problem with F

ShoSho (shoshost) | 12263 comments Elishia wrote: "Shosho do you really want a book with that character?

Yep I'll read it if you find it. Lol

message 415: by Elishia (new)

Elishia | 2620 comments I think i've found it just double checking.

message 416: by ShoSho , Moderator (new)

ShoSho (shoshost) | 12263 comments LMAO Waiting

message 417: by S (new)

S (booksstarsmoon) | 884 comments I'm also stuck on GG! Which are you debating over Shosho? I have Recipe for Satisfaction by Gina Gordon (started it but couldn't connect to the characters) and Good Groom Hunting on my list.

If you haven't read it Good Girls Don't (Donovan Brothers Brewery, #1) by Victoria Dahl is really good!

message 418: by ShoSho , Moderator (new)

ShoSho (shoshost) | 12263 comments It's one of the books on my list that I don't want to read, I know it has a lot of lying in it. I also have a freebie The Girl From Long Guyland by Lara Reznik

message 419: by Elishia (new)

Elishia | 2620 comments ShoSho wrote: "LMAO Waiting"

Lol I can't confirm if the characters in it so i'm not telling you

message 420: by ShoSho , Moderator (new)

ShoSho (shoshost) | 12263 comments Humphh well then I'm still stuck

message 421: by S (new)

S (booksstarsmoon) | 884 comments That's true, although I don't really remember all of it. I guess we're both stuck for the time being.

message 422: by Lina (new)

Lina | 5563 comments I would highly recommend "Gone Girl" for a GG book. It's deliciously psychotic!

message 423: by Gea (new)

Gea (gea89) | 412 comments I'm stuck on O :( I have Love Only Once by Johanna Lindsey for it but somehow I can't make myself read it. Any suggestions for O book?

Some F books:
The Virgin's Price by Melanie Milburne (The Forrester Family)
Forged in Fire (Red-Hot SEALs, #1) by Trish McCallan
Fury of Fire (Dragonfury, #1) by Coreene Callahan
Fallen Too Far (Too Far, #1) by Abbi Glines

message 424: by S (new)

S (booksstarsmoon) | 884 comments Gea, Love Only Once is a really good book. I've been there too, but I really think you'll like it. The Malory family is wonderful.

Otherwise I think I have A Groom of One's Own put down for O.

message 425: by Lisa Kay, Moderator (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 20787 comments Gea wrote: "I'm stuck on O :( ...Any suggestions for O book?"

Someone mentioned Out of Sight Out of Mind by Evonne Wareham , so I have that tagged for it, Gea. I haven't read it, so I can't say if it is any good.

message 426: by Lisa Kay, Moderator (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 20787 comments BTW, Gea, it was a Kindle freebie and, though no longer free, it is "lendable" - if you want to borrow it. I'm no where near "OO." LOL!

message 427: by Gea (new)

Gea (gea89) | 412 comments Thank you both for suggestions :)
Lisa Kay your book isn't really for my tastes, Susanne yours sounds interesting but it is a HR like the one I already have and that's the main reason I've been putting it off. I think I reached my monthly limit for HR books :/

message 428: by Elishia (new)

Elishia | 2620 comments Thanks Gea i'll check them out.

Just checking my books to see if I have an O and i'll be back.

message 429: by Elishia (last edited Mar 21, 2013 09:04AM) (new)

Elishia | 2620 comments This is all I can find in my books 2 of them are part of a series though.
Out of the Shadow (Cattle Valley, #6) by Carol Lynne
Out of the Darkness (Offspring, #2) by Jaime Rush

Haven't read these
Objects of My Affection by Jill Smolinski
Out Of Focus by L.A. Witt

message 435: by S (new)

S (booksstarsmoon) | 884 comments Mary wrote: "Does "of" count?"

I don't think so :( I think I read in the beginning that "a", "an", "of" and "the" didn't count.

message 436: by S (new)

S (booksstarsmoon) | 884 comments I might read The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald for G. At least it will make me more educated xD And hopefully it's good too xD xD

Elishia | 2620 comments Of isn't in the list it says A, An and The.

message 438: by Lisa Kay, Moderator (last edited Mar 21, 2013 01:16PM) (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 20787 comments My One and Only by Kristan Higgins is excellent; however, I've ready read it.

This is what I found...but I haven't read any. Some of them are rated pretty low:

The Only Way Out by Susan Mallery The Object Of My Obsession by Cara North Bought One Island, One Bride (Greek Tycoons) (Harlequin Presents, #2702) by Susan Stephens Her One and Only Valentine by Trish Wylie Her One and Only The Perfect Father\A Perfect Night by Penny Jordan The One and Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate

message 439: by Gea (new)

Gea (gea89) | 412 comments I don't like Kristan Higgins, but that HP book looks great :) Some of my favorite HP books have ratings around or even below 3 so I don't let that stop me if I like the blurb

I found another book today that also looks good Their One and Only by Trista Ann Michaels . I will see which one will draw me most after I finish the book I'm currently reading

I had a couple books with 'An' or 'The' that I had to change but it was no big deal to me. I enjoyed the little extra challenge it gave to find the correct book.
