I finished The Duke's Proposal by Leslie LaFoy. It's the last book in her Turnbridge Sisters series. I liked the previous books, but this one really dragged.

I like the idea of having your books sorted into the genre they are. I might do that next month. I like sharon sala books, hope you do too.

I burn out if I read the same genre (or the same author) over and over, so I try to pace myself by skipping around to different genres.

Sharon Sala is usually a hit and miss author for me. This one sounds good, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I really like Julie James' series, even though the stories morphed to more contemporary romance from this point forward.

I wonder why she would change the series in the middle. I like that it has a romantic suspense feel to these books.

She claims it was never supposed to be romantic suspense.

I read an old contemporary romance Rumor Has It by Tami Hoag. It is certainly nothing like her suspense thrillers.

Today I finished Mission: Irresistible (A Year of Loving Dangerously) by Sharon Sala. Sala is a hit and miss author for me. I thought this one was pretty good.

Had a long drive this week, so I listened to Bitter Sweet by LaVyrle Spencer. This book has a love triangle and adultery, yet I still enjoyed listening to it.
