I'm unfamiliar with how this challenge works�

I see a list of 25 topics, taking one as an example ie. #11 Product of Fire, though in some of the posts , I see a listing of #11 Product of Fire - heat, ash, flames.

So� does this challenge require reading a book with any of those specific 3 words in the title, or can we meet the challenge by reading a book that includes other words related to Fire, such as perhaps� "embers" in the title?

Marilee, I think the words after the hyphen are just examples. I'm keeping mine to remind myself of what to look for in a title. My opinion? Embers work as a product of fire. Do what you want-have fun! :)

ash is the grey flakes left after the fire. Ember is the hot glowing coals. As a native speaker I had to pause on ember definition :)

I was little bit confused since my dictionary gave me the same translation, but now I see the translation for ember was wrong - how sad if you can't even depend on the good old friend Leo - the dictionary ;-)

IMO, the challenge is very laid back - just an outline to follow with suggestions for things in the title.
Examples - I just finished "What She Knew" and will put it under #23 gender identifier for 'she'.
I got a children's book "The Sheepover" and will put it under #21 animal/insect.
I finished the novel "Five" but it was last yeat and would be perfect for #2.

Just enjoy and even stretch your title a bit. These will not be graded. I have some books with 'Kingdom' in the title and will use for #15 Royal Title...I know that's a bit of a stretch but I don't think Sean will kick me out....tyrant (title)!!!! Lol!

Pat is right. A laid back approach is absolutely fine. The emphasis is to enjoy and have some fun!
