Thanks. Wanted a list that I could cross stuff off of rather than a shelf. The 20 to 1 ratio should be pretty easy since my buying has really slowed down in recent months anyway.The Empire trilogy is actually on cds. I got it at a book sale and couldn't resist even though I don't really have anything to play them on. Will figure something out once I get to that point in the series.

10 down and 10 to go. Not feeling any urge to go on a spending spree so all is well so far.
Got 24 audible credits today so went a little wild but they are all continuations of series so I get by with that cheat. Picked up Flesh and Spirit by Carol Berg which I was loving but was taking me too long in ebook. Also picked up the sequel Breath and Bone.
Also got The Core by Peter V. Brett so I can bring that series to a close.
Picked up the remaining books in two other trilogies to hopefully finish them up soon. The first series is the Second Sons by Jennifer Fallon and the other series is The Grim Company by Luke Scull. Picked up book one of the Grim Company too so I can reread.
Last one is An Echo Of Things To Come by James Islington which I will probably hold off on until closer to book 3 or I run low on other books.

Speaking of - hey Iain, is there actually a way to renew credits early? Aside from cancelling and resigning up? I tried to figure it out a few years ago but couldn't.

But this is speculation... I haven't actually done it yet... because I had a stockpile of credits for awhile... I think I started this year in March with 33-36 credits...

I picked up new release of book 3 in the Yarnsworld series Those Brave, Foolish Souls from the City of Swords. It is $1 for a few days only so had to snag it.
Ok so been cheating too much with the continuations so going into hard freeze mode. Going to go with a 10 to 1 ratio for continuations so freeze will last until I get to 110 books done for this challenge. Let’s see how I do with that.

So I wanted to do 100 books for this challenge this year but have only done 24 so far. Doubt I’ll get another 76 done in the second half but will try. I’ve been getting a ton of books out of the library and hoopla so at least not adding to the pile. I’ve bought 10 books this year and already read 6 so doing better in that regard too.
Bought two books today from audible sale Seveneves and Redshirts. Only bought 12 books so far this year which is really good for me. Have read 8 of them so far.
Wow Bill! That's great! 12 books in so many months! I'm gonna try some self-restraint also - fingers crossed it works but I doubt it.
Bought 20 books only this month. Without even having read those I bought last month. (*sigh*).
Thanks Laura. I think switching to reading almost all audiobooks has really cut down on random buys. Audiobooks are too expensive to buy in bulk.

Thanks Laura. I used to try to do goals but it seemed like anything I put on a list I would immediately not want to read. I’ve been keeping to a schedule the last 3 months though so I’m hoping I can do it this time.
