I love when the the heroine is somewhat shy and meets the hero but has no idea who he is. Any recommendations? Prefer first person writing with lots of bantering

I have a novel where the unfortunate daughter of a highland lord is sold into virtual slavery after allowing her lust for a handsome stranger to undo her virtue, or at least those around her think this to be the case. In her world of torment and torture her thoughts turn to a man she met fleetingly and whose life she saved. She flees her torturous world after slaying her loathsome husband in self defence. Only that handsome stranger can save her and yet she knows him no one bit.
Sword and the Thistle
Also a book with strong supernatural themes.
