One of my all time favorites."

Chris, I LOVED the show, but it has nothing to do with the book at all, other than the same character names are used. The show was excellent as a completely separate entity, in my humble opinion.

Thanks, Char.

I am loving all of these books. I am also happy to be keeping up with my goal for the year.

Thank you, Marie!

I love The Eyes of the Dragon and think it may be one of the most underrated of King's books!

I saw the movie and didn't remember that it was the same story until my hubby noticed. I barely remember the film so it's like I'm hearing the story for the first time. 😂

You are welcome, David! :)

read the first one a while ago, finally got around to picking up the second! Really enjoyed the first so have high hopes :)

I want to check that out. Is it worth the read?

"Sylvia and Matthew Haslett had mixed feelings about their mother's old aunt coming to visit. They only remembered from the last visit that she was smelly and 'weird'. However, they were about to learn much more than they wished on this visit!"
I stepped away from reading horror for a few months, but I've replenished the TBR pile on my nightstand with horror/paranormal and am ready to dive back in!

Yes. It’s very dark.

It's excellent so far!"
Loved this book!

I listened to Daisy and it was excellent!

Was in a mood for a bit of a "who done it," about 8% in and enjoying it..

This sounds good - did you finish?

Did you like horrorstor?

"Verliege, a chilling paranormal and urban fantasy mystery, begins at Arlette Mansion in the mountains of West Virginia. Prisoner and author Adrian Bolt was transferred there accused of the brutal murder of his wife. She was found brutally murdered by an antique sword. His conviction by a German court was as swift as the sword that killed her. Adrian had not spoken since her death ...until... Dr. James Pellitere was able to break his silence."

Looking forward to it!"
I hope you enjoy it!

That sounds very interesting.

Oh hell yes!!

Loved it. Wish Amazon Prime would offer a special on HBO so I could start watching shows on there again.

Have you seen the TV series, Char? I’m wondering if it’s worth using in class.
