I am currently on Long Shot and I am not sure if I am liking this one...just waiting if it grabs my heart halfway through the book maybe..?

Yeah, I’m almost finished with it. It’s fine, I guess. The characters are sometimes annoying.

Oh okay...well tbt I wasn't very much intrigued in the first place after reading the blurb.

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell is worth it as well as Pumpkinheads.

I'm reading To Kill a Kingdom a dark retelling of the little mermaid. I'm half-way through and so far so good.

Now I’m reading Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, and I’m definitely enjoying it more than Eleanor & Park.

Like I’ll probably give Rainbow Rowell a second chance, pretty sure I’ll read Carry On.

Hahaha! I would so much love to have a friend who would yell at me and suggest me good books bcoz I don't have such friends right now.... *Sighs*
Six if Crows is definitely going on my Tbr...don't take the pain for yelling at me through messages😂

crescent city (cause so many people told me to read it)

and i'm trying to start a tale of two cities and failing. i've read the first page like 20 times by now

Ooh, ya, so I started this book but there was nothing going on after a 100 pages so I set it down for a little while and I plan on picking it back up in a month or so...I bet it'll get better~!

Hahah! So relatable...I did the same and picked another book..and now I am back on it again..

It gets better a little while after 100 pages though.. but as you near the middle of the book, it piques your interest.

I'm readin As she ascends (Fallen Isles #2) by Jodi Meadows and so far I'm liking it better than the first installment. I didn't like the Mc but she's starting to grow on me :)

Next in line are the third one, When she reigns, then Mexican Gothic for our BOTM and (don't yell, I know! I know! XD) Six of crows.

I second Rushali on Girl, serpent, thorn I really enjoyed that one. And I became friend with Rushali and Erica on my very first Botm discussion on GR❤️ *tear shimmers*

I'm reading Stolen Songbird by Danielle L. Jensen. It's a fantasy ya book that's hard to put down.

Girl, Serpent, Thorn was a unique world. We had a good BOTM discussion.

I'm so confused how you put The Cruel Prince down. ;) I made my sister read this series and she loves it but she thought the first book was slow too.

@Erica: Yes, I absolutely adore it rn! It's so well written. <3

And ik, I thought it was pretty good but I didn't have time. And then I turned it in to the library so, oh well.

So true Fabi!!!! Ahhh that was till date my best discussion with you and Erica and God...I miss that kind of fun.. hope we'll do this again in mexican gothic maybe.
And ofc finding you guys as friends had been my luck I am grateful for ❤️

Yeah the first book is kinda slow but get's better in second half..
