How do I know if a book counts?
» A book counts if it is finished between the challenge dates! It must also fulfill one prompt.
Can I use the examples above?
» Yes! Any of the books above may be used for this challenge!
» If asked, you must be able to justify your choice.
Can mods participate? If so, why? Doesn't that give them an advantage?
» Yes, mods can participate! Being a mod is not an advantage. Everyone has equal access to the rules the challenge tasks, etc. Thus, I see no problem with allowing mods to participate.
How do I edit a comment?

2. This challenge is one book, one prompt. You cannot "reuse" a book for multiple tasks. You can however choose to complete a prompt more than once.
3. The goal of this challenge is to expose you to new works of literature and film. Therefore, try to choose only works that you have not read/watched previously.
4. Below are the 8 tasks of the challenge with some examples. You do not have to use any of them. You may use any work you want as long as it fits the task.
5. You will have the whole year to complete all 8 tasks.

� Read a full–length novel or nonfiction work from the current New York Times Best Sellers List:
2. Classics
� Read a classic novel from TIME’s All–Time 100 Novels List:
3. Film
� Watch a classic film from Harper’s Bizarre’s Greatest of All–Time Classic Movies List:
4. Mystery
� Read a classic or contemporary mystery novel.
5. Nonfiction
� Read a nonfiction book related to a topic from one of your classes.
� If you aren't in school or college, read one related to a topic from your job.
� If you can't find anything, just pick a good nonfiction book.
6. Picture Books
� Read a picture book.
7. Poetry
� Read a collection of poetry by a classic or contemporary writer.
8. Wellness
� Read a book related to any aspect of health, wellness, or personal/professional development.
