I think most of you know each other, at least a little, but feel free to introduce yourself again. Please give any relevant information, especially time zone as that helps know when it is best to communicate. 😊Please select a team leader to help keep track of where your team is in any given task. And as necessary guide discussions for task decisions. Any teammate can report your completions though.
Remember, it is the team's responsibility to notify the host (me) if a teammate fails to complete the task in a timely manner or otherwise goes missing! I am not checking all the team threads regularly to notice and may only check when notified a task is complete.
PS - If you want to be known as anything other than Team 9, you are free to come up with a team name. 😉

Ok, third try on this...Hi everyone, and Welcome, Kathy! Thanks for filling Courtney's spot for this round!
I've started this twice before, and hopefully I can finally get this one posted! The first one I started before anyone had posted but got interrupted and when I came back Chan had been here so I needed to change what I was going to say. Second tine I was almost done and something weird happened and my whole post disappeared. Third time's a charm, right???
Msg 13 has a list of (I think) all of the posts we need to collaborate on, pulled from last round, so if everyone would take a look at that and see if anything needs to be updated or changed, that would be great. And Kathy, since you weren't in on the initial decision-making, if there's anything there that you're not interested in, please speak up and we can come up with something else. Life's too short to read stuff you don't want to if it can be avoided! 😁 Also, if you could post a list of 5 recommendations (see msg 8), that would be great. I think I found everything else I needed from you on your profile, but if you see anything I missed, let me know.
I think I pulled all of Courtney's info for this round, but will double-check that, and also for task #53, if anyone has lived anywhere other than their current state, please post the location(s). We had a bunch of extras, but I know most (if not all) were Courtney's so I pulled them all. If I removed something I shouldn't have, please let me know and I'll put it back!

Sorry, that's just my way of saying we can't read books set in North America...I think it made more sense when Courtney was playing and it said 'No North America or Asia'

No problem at all changing that one! It's interesting (although not really surprising) that your library doesn't carry that series in audio - that's one of my top criteria too. Fortunately I have access to several libraries due to reciprocal lending agreements, and while the Seattle library system doesn't have them in audio, a couple of the "smaller" libraries (still large systems, but smaller than Seattle) carry a lot more romance in general, and have that series.
This one is far enough down the list that we don't need to make a decision immediately, so we can wait for the others to chime in. Pretty sure BDB is out though...I've already warned Chan that it's probably above her blood and gore threshhold! 😁 Any of them would be fine with me...all rereads, but since the task requires us to all read different books in the series, that's a good thing!
I've updated your team name - I know I could have done that earlier since I've told you that I won't change it. 😂 I have Karen as the team leader for this round. I think you are still waiting for Liz to check in? Either way it looks like you have a good start on making decision.

It'll take a little bit for the change to show on the book's GR page, but that's what the count will be when it does show up.

I thought I was going crazy. I doubled checked my book again after posting and the page count was on the book. I thought I was losing my mind. Lol It makes me feel better knowing I’m not.

Also, good to know for the future. I didn’t know about checking on Amazon. This was a first for me. Thanks
