Hi!
Thank you for your help. Since librarians can't edit ISBN or ASIN, you should send a message to GR staff via Contact Us link. It is in the header of the librarian group. I am not sure what would they do about this patricular book though, because it seems like Amazon generated wrong ISBN, but ASIN is correct for the Kindle edition. It might be ok to keep the existing ISBB because Amazon bots regularly update these listings. As long as ASIN is correct, it's fine. Anyway there is no harm in contacting an expert :)
