1. Read a Boxall book using the theme of 24. While on the search for some creative way to incorporate 24 into my book choice, I came across atomic numbers and decided to search for "Chromium" in Boxall's books. When that search turned up dry, I still decided to stick with my interests and searched for science-y books on the Boxall list which led to At the Mountains of Madness. The writeup determined that I would read this soon, but when I saw this story was serialized in 1936... I decided it was going to be my 24 themed book afterall! (1+9)x3-6 = 24
