I'm wondering that if anyone is looking for a 'Y' female character, there is a Mrs Younge in Pride and Prejudice. She was the sacked governess to Darcy's younger sister - she was in cahoots with Mr Wickham!! Whilst not overly 'main', she is a key figure in the story.Does she qualify?
