Never won either. Had some lucks on blogs for awhile but then quit trying quite so hard.

Hey after two years I need to make myself feel better somehow Catie! Why don't they like me? Why?????????????? hahhaha

Yup that Peep sure is tough on paranormal books. *says the girl who generally dislikes paranormal books*

btw Heidi - I didn't not like Unearthly but I didn't love it either. I will probably read the next one though.

I feel your pain. It is annoying when you are a loyal GR person and you never win anything. I honestly wonder why I even try anymore.

Ohhh thanks! I will try to scoop it up.

Hahaha - I already requested it! No word from the publisher for some reason.

It took ages for them to reply - I requested it again after they didn't grant it, and I finally got it! But I think they granted the request by accident, as today I got another email saying they have declined to send it to me.

No kidding!

Havne't logged onto Netgalley today. I have a lot of life organizing I need to do around Netgalley - marking a calendar with when all my requests are released--so I'm kinda avoiding that place until I'm ready for that time-suck.

Then YAY! Hope some people can snatch this up because it's SOOOOO GOOD (Seriously only like 50 pages left for me)

I loved it so much that even though I have it I still requested it, hahahahaha. it was an impulse.

Everneath by Brodi Ashton (HarperCollins)

Incarnate by Jodi Meadows(HarperCollins)

Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi (HarperCollins)

Pretty Crooked by Elisa Ludwig(HarperCollins)

Fracture by Megan Miranda(Bloomsbury)

Pure by Julianna Baggott (Grand Central)

I'm really excited! If you guys are having a hard time getting approved, check out the profile criteria the publishers have for requests. Some of them are very specific in what they look for. I used to never get approved for HarperCollins titles, but after editing and adding a lot of info to my profile, I finally got "Auto-Approved" status, which means that I can now get anything I want from them without the wait for an approval, which is kind of nice because I tend to take it personally when I get a "decline" email (silly, I know, but still).
Anyway, hope some of you get these titles too. Also, Shelf Awareness Pro sends emails every weekday and often you can get ebooks through them too. I just got a S&S GalleyGrab of Unraveling Isobel by Eileen Cook yesterday from that email.

Thanks for all the ideas!

Normally I don't get rejected but I did the other day. It was odd because the exact same publisher approved me for another on the same day. So I just attributed it to a bad fit or a misclick. I have too many galleys at the moment.

Same thing here Cassi! I really look forward to the GalleyGrab email, and it's quite disappointing when it doesn't come in.

I have no idea what that means. lol
I do get declined sometimes to wondering does that happen often to others?

Ahhh yeah I only like Kindle books myself.

Is there a way when reading the description if the book is auto approved? Someone mentioned that to me but I never noticed.
