Welcome Joan!! Not sure I've ever had devilled eggs. Will have to make a point of eating them one day.

Deviled eggs are so good Jane, you have to try them. Some people call them Angel eggs which I just recently learned, so you may know them as that or maybe not, but essentially deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs that have been shelled, cut in half, and filled with a paste made from the egg yolks mixed with other ingredients such as mayonnaise and mustard. They are generally served cold as a side dish, appetizer or a main course during gatherings or parties. My grandmother makes them for almost every holiday. Sometimes she makes them look like chickens for Easter or she will die the yolk green and put I slice of olive in it to make it look like a dragons eye for Halloween. I usually eat almost all of them and then everyone is like why did you eat so many.

Haha!! Well, now that you have described them, I have definitely eaten them. And I agree ~ they are delicious!! But I’ve never made them myself, so didn’t know them by name��

Maybe that’s a to-do for 2023?! 😋

Favorite Romance Genre: I think I go through different phases. At the moment probably: paranormal fated mates, romcoms, sweet and fluffy mm romances.
Finished the line: I know I'm a book addict because when I'm not at work you can find me most likely buried in a book and it may have happend (once or twice), that I neglected other aspects of my life (sleep? who needs sleep anyway?) in favor of reading and the current book boyfriend.
