it was ok
This book just didn't do it for me. It was my first Ishiguro and I spent the whole book struggling through it. The narrator, Klara, was stiff and reading her perspective for the full 350 pages was brutal in my opinion. It would have at least made the book slightly more readable to switch to Josie, Rick, or the mother.
