I'm not sure I'd call it writer's block. More like I'm not understanding what the character is telling me, or I'm listening to the wrong one for a scene. In most cases, I get away from the computer and get outside for a walk, or play with my cats and listen to music. When I come back, the situation has usually sorted itself out.
