Good question! I don't really know how to answer it, though. To me, my sense of humor is just part of who I am. It's like asking if my hair color is something I developed over time.* I can certainly point to others in my family with similar senses of humor. Did I learn to be funny by interacting with them early on, or is it just a hereditary predisposition?
*Actually, I was blond until I was four years old and now my hair is dark brown, so maybe this isn't a good comparison.
