I’ve met the author years ago was in Melbourne for the writers festival. Long story short I sat with him and his wife on my Melbourne to Sydney leg - we had met a few times during the festival so they recognised me and we chatted all the way. He is such fun and his wife is as well.

I've got several books that I've been itching to read this month so I'll be doing the catch up with reviews in the near future!
Finished my first one for this challenge; The Kiss of Deception by Mary E. Pearson - 5 stars (though, I would give it more if I could). Water for Elephants has been my favourite book of all time for some years now. But now, I finally have a new favourite book of all time - this one! And, what's even better is that it is the first in a trilogy! I am so excited to read the next one!

Finished my first: Song of Susannah by Stephen King which was my fantasy Purple UnicornSecond last book in the Dark Tower series and probably my least favourite, with only 4 stars haha. King fans really need to get on this series if they haven't already!

Finished my second for this challenge: The Winner's Curse by Marie Rutkoski. This one was almost as good as The Kiss of Deception! I can't believe my luck this month! Let's hope the last book I have for this challenge is at least close to as good as the last two! How great would it be to have three 5 star books?!

I am just over half way through my reading challenge and am really hoping for a 5 star book from either Mr Kristoff or Mr Rothfuss. Fingers crossed anyway.
