I'm currently reading 3 books.
Dogwood Hill (Chesapeake Shores, #12) by Sherryl Woods Dogwood Hill ~ Great characters, great pacing to the story.
All For You Halfway There / Buckhorn Ever After / The One You Want / One Perfect Night by Susan Mallery All For You: Halfway There / Buckhorn Ever After / The One You Want / One Perfect Night ~ Love novellas. First two were perfectly romantic and made me want to read the next book by each author. Currently reading the 3rd and finding it a very compelling enemies to friends to lovers romance.
Just for Christmas Night (The Blue Dynasty, #3) by Lisa Marie Perry Just for Christmas Night Love the Blue Dynasty series and especially love that this one is a Christmas themed one. I love them and read them all year long. It will be fun to see how the H tames the heroine. She is a spitfire!

Carol (lucky47) | 4 comments Right now I'm reading the books in the Big Sky Pie series by Adrianne Lee.I won the four books and have to say I'm really enjoying them sso far. They have a little bit of everything in them. Small town romance, suspense and intrigue and some steamy love scenes.I'm on book 3 right now and already regretting there is only one left. :)

message 3: by Donnajo (new)

Donnajo Right now I have a few books going. But have 3 to read/review that I have to deal with first. They are for my Tule Publishing street team. But I just finished Seaview Inn by Sherryl woods (Kim I haven't read that series yet but my sister just finished dogwood and likes that series I have a few of the books but haven't gotten to them yet my sister read the series first) I also finished up gray mountain by grisham.
I'm pushing my way though between sisters by kristin hannah (this book feels like it's taking me forever I have less than 1/2 to go I'm finding it just okay I have read other books of her's I enjoyed more at least so far)
The good girl by mary kubica
a veronica roth book (the second in the series insurgent)
I think I have one of the evanovich book The Heist going too.

you will find I always have more than 1 or 2 books going at a time. lately I'm trying to stick with one at a time but it's not working.

I read 196 books in 2014 didn't make my 200 goal. well really there was probably a book or 2 that never got marked down from the kindle app.

Harlequin Books (harlequinbooks) | 2364 comments Mod
Donna, I'm the same way. I have a different books going all the time. From what I've seen of your reading tastes, I think you would enjoy Sherryl Woods series so make sure you get it back from your sister.

Debbie, Lynn Graham definitely makes my keeper shelf more often than not so I know you are enjoying your book!

Happy reading,
Kim

Harlequin Books (harlequinbooks) | 2364 comments Mod
Paula, I'm waiting for One Wish to arrive. I wanted this one in print format for my collection but, trust me, I'm tempted to get it for my Nook so I can read it now.

Skylar, Interesting title. You'll have to let us know what you think of it when you finish.

I'm really enjoying the Thunder Point series.

It is getting more mixed reviews than the Virgin River series, but sometimes I think I prefer Thunder Point! I like the diversity in the characters.

I usually end up reading books in ebook form and then buying print books to keep so they don't get damaged and so they look pretty! I'm lucky enough to get Harlequin books free to review, but I always buy Robyn Carr's books afterwards.

I'm still stalking my mailman. I'm sure my books will get here any day now.

Until then, I just finished Secrets Behind Locked Doors by Laura Martin which had an intriguing set of characters. The heroine was wrongfully put in an insane asylum by her guardian only to be rescued by the man's nephew when he became her new guardian. He, of course, had his own set of issue to deal with and overcome. Definitely a great read for historical fans.

I'm currently on page 64 of To Sin with the Tycoon by Cathy Williams which is one of my favorite sub-genres, workplace romance. Loving it!

I'm going to start a new story tonight, just haven't decided which one yet.~ Kim

Of course that got me hooked and off I went to read all the others, so right now I am reading The Black Hawk.

Ann wrote: "Sonya, I know that feeling only too well!"

I do buy a lot of books, but I also get lots of Harlequin review books from .

I was just thinking the other day that they hadn't uploaded anything new for a while, and then I logged on and there're dozens of April/May titles there.
So I'm set for books for a few months!

message 25: by Lil (new)

Lil (lilmar) | 4 comments I actually just finished an anthology called " Strange Brew by P.N. Elrod Strange Brew" published in 2008. It was pretty good and I came out of it with some authors I haven't read before. Soon, I'll be picking up The Iron Trial (Magisterium, #1) by Cassandra Clare The Iron Trials, Magisterium #1, a book I got in a Valentine Book Exchange on Tumblr.

I volunteer at my local Library Book Store, so I am always hauling home more books, lol.

I just finished Monster in My Closet (Monster Haven, #1) by R.L. Naquin Monster in My Closet which was a fun read about a woman who discovers the monster that scared her as a child is real and back in her closet wanting her help.

I just started The Devil Takes a Bride (The Cabot Sisters, #2) by Julia London The Devil Takes a Bride which is part of the Cabot Sisters series and the beginning was perfectly written to hook me. Poor girls plan to snag her husband of choice goes wrond when she is caught with the wrong man. Let the fun begin!

Also, I have picked The Marriage Charm (The Brides of Bliss County, #2) by Linda Lael Miller The Marriage Charm to read but haven't started yet. The book blurb put it on the top of my TBR list for the month.

Julie (Let's Read Good Books) | 4 comments I just finished Head in the Clouds by Karen Witemeyer - I don't read a lot of inspirational, but hers are very cute.

I am currently reading Witherwood Reform School (middle grade) for a review next week.

After that, I'm reading Grave Matters by Lauren M Roy (urban fantasy), and I fill little gaps of time with Harlequin manga from Scribd. Wishing and Hoping by Susan Meier/ art by Yoko Inoue is cued up and ready to go.
