She has been really good: maximum vote, degree in automation engineering at only 24 years of age! I'm really really proud of her

I can't believe we are coming up to the finish line of the July readathon. However we still have the whole month of August, I hope you are looking forward to joining me there.

Absolutely! I need a little motivation to catch up and reach my reading goal challenge! If only someone could help motivate me to write the reviews that seem to be accumulating!
Happing summer reading!

Hello everyone!
It is now officially Monday around the world which means our July readathon is now over! As always I will give everyone a few days to finalise their reading tallys.
I hope to release the August readathon thread tomorrow so you should all get a message to join that. However, please do not feel pressured to join right away. The readathon is designed to be flexible so you're welcome to join at any time.

In the July 2024 Read-a-thon thread, you will post your progress, telling everyone what you're reading and how many pages. Then all readers' totals will be tallied throughout the week to reach the goal of 10,000 pages.
This is a relaxed read-a-thon; it doesn't matter if you read 20 pages or 100, it also doesn't matter if we reach our goal, it's just having fun doing what you would normally be doing anyway.
Once the July Read-a-thon thread is posted/unlocked, make sure to put your name on the thread if you would like to be included. If you simply stumble onto the thread, then please, join in!
*An easy way to keep track is using the Currently Reading feature on ŷ, entering your page number at the end of each day. **For those who read by eReader, take the page number which shows for paperback/hardcover here on ŷ for your total. Calculate by percentage to work out your page number read.
***For audio listeners, check out how many pages the book has on ŷ, then divide that number by how many CDs or hours it is to give you an idea of pages per time. Don't forget to post your totals of daily or full ten days' tally on the thread
