How do you come up with your main characters names?

Sarah Dessen I get names from EVERYWHERE. Haven was the name of a girl I knew in high school. Remy I heard on the radio, and loved. Auden I spotted in Us Magazine, the daughter of a celebrity. And Colie was a girl who came through my signing line many years ago. I always warn people I steal names. It's a habit I can't break!
