Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ asked Scott Skipper:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Scott Skipper Golden State Blues was inspired by the socio-political train wreck that the United States—and California in particular—has become. I based it in the little town of Claremont, California, which is a couple miles from my home, because it is a bastion of liberal and politically correct thinking. Golden State Blues runs roughshod over political correctness and tweaks the noses of politicians, bureaucrats, and public servants. Plus, it contains a healthy dose of vitriol aimed at the irritating, rude, dangerous and downright boneheaded people I see on the streets every time I leave the house.

I suppose by its very nature I limited my audience to no more than thirty percent of the population, but I want to tell you, I had more fun writing Blues than anything else I've ever written.`
