I just finished the book, and it was great . However, while reading the recipes, I came across an error . It was for the cookies . The recipe called for 1/2 pound(1 stick) butter . One stick of butter is one-fourth pound . Which is the correct amount for the recipe? I can't wait to make the cookies . Note . The book is highly recommended . I don't usually read straight through in a day .
