have you read the search for sam?

A place where you sometimes list Kindle specials and books under $2.99? That's my kind of place. :)

I read any kind of books, but mostly YA and classic-english-literature. My favorire books ever are A Tale of Two Cities, Pride and Perjudice and my favorite series is The Infernal Devices, but I also love The Mortal Instrumens, the Ruby Red triology, Divergent and Insurgent, The Vampire Diaries, The Hunger Games, The Caster Chronicles and the Hush Hush series.

I've heard a lot of good things about Dr. Who from my friends but I've never gotten around to watching it, but maybe I should. I wonder of it's on Netflix...

Sadly, no. I don't have an e-reader so I just wait for the print compilations. No spoilers please!

Yes, please go for Doctor Who if you can. It's a weird and wonderful little show, with plenty of bad special effects and offbeat humor everywhere to make up for it.

Hello to all our new members! I would've welcomed you all separately but real life got in the way today and I wasn't able to. I hope you all feel welcome! Post around in the discussions as much as you are comfortable. We also have a ton of giveaways going on right now, so be sure to check those out! :D.

I write a little but nothing worth posting yet. This group looked fun so I thought I'd join.

Haha, thanks for believing in me:D
And Tatiana, I agree with always having a book at hand, but don't be disgusted by people staring vacantly in bus stops or waiting rooms, you don't know where their minds are. If they are anything like me their minds may be taking them on wonderful adventures which may later turn into written short stories or even books;)
And hello to all new members! :D
Welcome Jae and Jason! It's great to have you here. Feel free to post around as much as you feel comfortable and make sure to checkout our giveaways! :D

Looking forward to discussing YA books with you all... Stay clean & healthy... drugs are bad mmkay (*^▽)

Here's what the story is about.
FAST TRACK TO THE PAST
BLURB
Jillian Henderson doesn’t believe her father is really dead, and can’t understand why no one is worried about the fact that important documents originated in the 1800’s by her father’s ancestor have gone missing. She is determined to find her father and the documents, but how?
Then Samuel Gordon, a man from the past, accidentally steps into the present from between the cars of a miniature train in the center of town. When Jillian learns he’s from the same time as her father’s ancestor, she follows Samuel when he steps between the railroad cars and back to 1888.
Intent on finding her ancestor and her father, she teams up with Jake Runs Like the Wind, Samuel’s friend, and they follow the clues she’s discovered, riding west into the Rockies. Jillian’s determination almost gets them killed, more than once, but in the process they not only find the truth about her father and his ancestor, but also discover their love for one another. Jillian will have to decide whether to stay in the past with Jake, or return to her own time.
For YA, I write under the name Joan Karen Maze and for my mysteries (adult), J. K. Maze
I think I'm going to enjoy this group. When I sign off, I go and get at least one of the books for this month.

Hey there,
My name is Priscilla and I believe I'm on my way to becoming a bookaholic. Living in a small town kinda brings down the options but I strive to be a verity reader. I mostly do read YA book and reading each stories is a delight. Stories have a power that is special and it's own: putting the reader into a new world. For me, I know I've picked up a good book is when the first chapter shoves me into a whole new world that is different and entertaining. I am kinda shy..but I'll do my best and post. Thanks for this opportunity!
