Kristie | 5890 comments Cora - I'll check the link as soon as I'm at a computer. The links only work from the web page. The links just bring you to the beginning of the thread if you're on the app, so they don't help at all in that case. It looks like you're the only Cora though. Did you sign up a day ago and today?

Update: I checked the link and it works. It brings you to message #7 where you signed up the first time. You're post will be right at the top of the screen. If you edit it to include the challenge, it will be easier to see when you click the link. If you'd prefer, I can change it to link to message #19 where you joined again.

Sharon (seb1) Question - can a book be used that was started in 2015, but finished in 2016?

message 39: by Kristie, Moderator (Retired) (new)

Kristie | 5890 comments Hi Sharon - I think that as long as the book was finished in 2016, it is fine. I know for some people they like to make sure that their books were also started in 2016, but I think we will leave it up to the individual participant whether they want to do that or not.

I'm glad you asked this Sharon. I wasn't sure about this either. Also, is there a minimum page requirement for a book to be included Kristie? Maybe not for the less than 150 page book, but just in general? I was going to read A Clockwork Orange for Dystopian, but it looks a little skinny.

Thank you for adding the link, Mary-ellen. There are quite a few on there that I would like to read. I would also suggest that people check for accuracy before using books for the challenge. I know at least two of the books listed actually came out as movies in 2015. (I saw them both at the theater.)
