That's why we call it a challenge Glenn :) To get yourself out of your comfort zone (in your case reading 2 per month and not taking those reads from your TBR) - if you'd like to join in, you're most welcome to set yourself 3 from the above criteria (at least one Aussie author), take them all from your TBR and do your best :)

You are correct, in that I sold my house in Melbourne in March. Now I'm moving out of my rental house in Bendigo into the new house bought with the proceeds of the Melbourne sale...tedious in the extreme.

Haha, am I the only one who didn't know about the links? I'm a bit slow and blame old age!

Carolyn, I actually only just added this to my TBR in the last few days and then it turned up at the Library STRAIGHT AWAY together with book 2. I need to pull a few sickies just to get through these. (I wish)

For our reading month of July - we need to identify what should be read from our TBRs. Get rid of those books that have been languishing and waiting - calling out but not being heard. July is the month to read and reduce our TBRs as much as we can!
Here we have a list of suggestions for the month, and let's see how many we can complete before month's end :)
Rules:
#1. You need to complete at least three of the categories listed below to finish this challenge (but let's all try for more!) One read = one book per category.
#2. Do your best to read as many Aussie Authors as you can - a minimum of one if you read the 3 criteria.
#3. List (and LINK) all the books you plan to read for the challenge.
#4. Upon completion of a book, rate it and update your progress.
#5. Don't forget our guidelines HERE
SUGGESTION: Copy and paste this list in your post and link your book choices next to each category...
Only one from each category required:)
1) The book that's been on your list the longest
2) A book recommended by a GR friend
3) A book from your favourite genre
4) A book with over 400 pages
5) A book by an author new to you
6) The book you want to read the most
7) A book by a male author
8) A book by one of your favourite authors
9) A book by a female author
10) A book with a cover you love
11) A book set in Australia by an Aussie author
12) A book set in another country
Make sure everything you choose is solely from your TBR lists!
Relax and reduce! Happy reading!
