I definitely try to find out-of-the-way books, Char! Williamson is commonly derided as a hack, but Don't Take Away the Light is powerful and emotional so far. Terrific writing.

I'm reading the 2nd book in the Father of Lies Trilogy by Sarah England. This trilogy is absolutely riveting and one of the best occult horror stories I've ever read, made even more scarier by the fact that it is based on true events.Tanners Dell

I have, can't say it was my favorite in the series.

Me too. I'm using it as my 'S' book for the A-Z challenge so I have a good reason to finally get around to reading it.

For the first couple dozen pages or so I was beginning to wonder if I could slog through the 700 pages, 'cause it starts off weirrrrrrrd and uneven. But after a couple chapters the story settled down and I'm 100 pages in now and liking where things are going.

I'm reading Lethal white by Robert Galbraith I've so looked forward to this

I forgot to add a re-read that I'm doing:
Spungunion by John Boden.

I'm rereading it because the original version, for whatever reason, never made it out to the public. The author has told me there have been some changes to the novella, and now it will soon be available everywhere. Mark my words, John Boden is the real deal.
