For a book that deals with difficult subjects, the book is remarkably light. Maybe it was my expectations.. I was expecting a dark(er) romance where the ramifications of the abuse is very obvious. Instead, the characters seemed to will it away. I was happy for them but it felt very Disney-ish.

so if we hit this page count with less than 4 of us, will that still count?

I have a book picked out I'll start today that is 401 pages

I have a book that is 388 pages so with math, Brittney's book and my book come to 789. If Shia and Vi both read books at least 200-250 pages, we should be good.
