Review: I really enjoyed this one! Chloe and Chase had immediate chemistry. Their romance is steamy and I enjoyed the journey of Chloe coming to realize that she didn't need to keep Chase at arm's length due to a previous abusive relationship. She fights falling into a new relationship pretty quickly, and it is so wonderful how the author handles it. Looking forward to reading more from this family!

Review - I really enjoyed this one. The characters had amazing chemistry. I liked that Zane battled through his demons to make his way to Bryn even though he felt undeserving of her due to his upbringing. I loved the storyline of the horse rescue as a backdrop for the healing process Zane went through. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Review: I am a reader; when a book is on its pick, I hesitate to read it. One of those books is Done and Dusted, but I am happy that I picked it and devoured it. The author, Lyla Sage, has a way of writing that you appreciate the romance between Emmy and Luke because there is emotional depth both in their feelings and the way they find solutions together to the problems they have. The small town and brother's best friend are tropes in the romance genre I like, and I also appreciate that the author didn't have an unscary third-act breakup, but there is a different kind of third-act drama that is more pleasurable.
Amos, Ryder's father, is a wonderful father who has to be a mother and father to his three children. He also finds someplace in his heart to give love and guidance to Luke. Usually, the founding family builds the small-town ranches, but this novel has a lot of love and understanding.
I look forward to continuing with the next series of installments, and maybe Lyla Sage will surprise us and write a book for Amos. He deserves a second happy ending.

Review - Loved it !
I read this when it came out, seems to get better when I re-read it. I loved Mary 's and Wolf characters she was a little thing with a take know shit attitude and he was a strong Alpha male who got wrong because of his heritage but when it came to Mary he was kicking ass and taking no bull! I highly recommend this series!

Things can bring a man to his knees when it comes to his family but darn did it take all of them down. This was sweet, sad, and angry for them but also fun and happy. Tamara was definitely good for this family. They needed someone as feisty like her to bring them from their anger and fear which made them open up too

Review: Because 2024 is a leap year, one of PopSugar's 2024 reading challenges was to read with the word "Leap" on the title. As it is a contemporary romance, I said well, I can accomplish two tasks in two different reading challenges with one book.
I listened to the audiobook and read the digital copy of Lucky Leap Day, which I borrowed from the library. Please listen to the audiobook of this lighthearted, humorous tale of accidental love, mistaken identities, and the magic of second chances, with a dash of Irish charm and a Hollywood twist. The narrator, Cady Zuckerman, does the Irish accent so well.
With Lucky Leap Day, you'll appreciate the erotic comedy's playful tone, whirlwind romance, and fish-out-of-water scenario as Cara navigates her new marriage and life with Finn in LA. Also, the epilogue has a cute perspective, which is a genuine surprise.

Review - I enjoyed this one. It wasn't my favorite in the series, but I did enjoy the story and the chemistry between Justin and Emma. That said, at times the emotional trauma was a bit much and slowed down the overall read. I did like that Emma did confront her mother in the book and that she was able to grow as a person.

Review: I have had Sugarcoated since February 2022, and lately, I am a reader who likes to read a book on the season set and Sugarcoated feels like a summer read—lighthearted, romantic stories with a touch of humor. With its "hot, funny brother's best friend rom-com" premise, Sugarcoated might be a perfect match for you—the themes of romance and a slow-burning relationship between the protagonist and his best friend's little sister.
Yes, the plot is predictable, and if you have a sweet tooth, you might want to have some sweet snacks while reading this book. I am sorry, but I wasn't fond of Zoe, the FMC. She is stubborn and feels like a teenager and not a 25-year-old woman. Aiden, our MMC, is more mature and knows what he wants, but he likes to get dragged into Zoe's nest by her actions.

Review: The Guncle was my favorite book of 2021 so I was both excited and nervous when I heard there would be a 2nd book. How could Rowley match the perfect combination of warmth, humor, and grief in the first book? Well, of course he didn't try. The Guncle Abroad brings back our beloved characters but they're dealing with very different circumstances this time. I enjoyed most of the book, but the ending put it over the top for me. Yep, I cried happy tears.

Review : I usually enjoy this author but this book I wasn't a fan of this story.
