A lot of people ask me who I would cast in a movie based on my books. That's a tough one, but I can unequivocally say that listÌýNEVER includes Hugh Jackman. That son of a bitch.

Someone recently asked me for the first time what the soundtrack of would include. I thought about it for a bit before I realized that I'd listened to an album over and over while writing the novel. It was completely unintentional. Hey, no one ever accused me of being smrt and, like, quick-witted and stuff. Yo.
