Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Frank J. Edwards The central plot device for my new thriller REAP is a medical device that is both bizarre and completely believable. In an early, early draft I just threw it in for comedic value. A beta reader pointed out the device's profound moral dimensions. That's when the book really took form and became serious.
