Ugh nevermind, my book doesn't count because it's too low of a page count. But I still put out the question to see what could count. I'm still on the hunt.

Has "Drinks" as its tag.
I can take if no one else wants it. I may have to cut out one of the other planned books to make it work, will see what time I have this week. I always overplan

I’ll read it erin, i requested it from the library so I should have it Tuesday or Wednesday

Sounds great. It actually sounds very cute, I'll probably read it someday as well. Let me know what you think of it.

I'm re-reading Bitten by Kelley Armstrong. Was up to the wee hours absorbed in that world again.

Thank you, you, Vicki and Teri are definitely off on the right foot. I think you've both finished like three books each already!

Yeah, it's rough. I woke up feeling like I was walking around in a dream state this morning. So odd. Zombie Erin took over.
I'm waking up with some Podcasts, which is helping. We can hope work goes quickly to help us get over the shock :0)

It went by super fast!! I'm a little sad too

Nope, I am sad too :(
really helps me pick what I am going to read next!!

My books will be at the library tomorrow, the ones for eggnog in the title and the MPG drink. So hopefully I will get those done within a day or two, I am working an O and a G right now. I have two more G's I got from the library, but I'm not sure if I have overbooked myself or not.

No, but I hope they come up with another team one soon. After this and Towers, I'm still having fun.

No, definitely not. Six weeks goes by too fast apparently.

Same, I'm in a big reading mood but I'm trying to push extra hard since it's the last two weeks. Hoping we can climb a bit but we'll see. It's fun to keep trying.
Oh, and I officially love the term "overbooked" when it comes to reading challenges =)

We took reading G's seriously, I just used one of my G's for an N. Eggnog isn't looking as intimidating anymore, we're filling them all out quickly.

Happy Tuesday everyone!"
You're really on a roll. I have a good feeling about this week with our team. Maybe the Thanksgiving holiday helped a lot of us unwind, I know it did me.

Same, I will miss our team when it ends next Saturday. I'm crossing fingers we get a word we like for the final spin.

I agree, Carrie! It's so nice to "work" with others who are participatory and nice people! It's been a good and FUN group! We might not be #1 on the billboard (is that the right word? lol), but we are #1 of the groups!!! :)

Happy Tuesday everyone!"
You go, GIRL!

That's the spirit - and you're completely right on that score =)
Did everyone see the new challenge announcement for when Wheelathon ends? It's an individual against individual challenge. Sounds...different. Signed up.

So Gone is like a YA version of Stephen King's Under the Dome only everyone 15 and older disappear and then it's like Lord of the Flies under the dome. It reads easy and fast. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the main characters are 14 almost 15 and they act more like 17 year olds. No sex, there is some love interest but it's appropriate for the age group. There's violence and a couple of the kids are Christians but the book never goes preachy. I really enjoyed it and will continue on with the series!

Off to check out the new challenge....

"
I started watching the under the Dome TV show and really liked Lord of Flies. I'm more excited about it now after hearing this.

SCROOGE
GOODWILL
EGGNOG
I vote no on Eggnog since we are already doing that one and I'm already tired of that word.
The other two give us double O's with helps with placement for difficult letters.
Goodwill is 8 letters, and Scrooge is 7 letters, so one is slightly shorter than the others. However, this doesn't seem to really matter overall since we only get points for finishing the first word (15 points), and will probably still finish the same number of words depending on which we choose of these two.
I'm intrigued by Scrooge I think, because S, R, E are easy. That can leave us with the C's, O's, and one G to tough out. On the other hand Goodwill has two difficult letters (O and I)
What are everyone's thoughts?

Yes, I was about to post about that as well.
A way to earn extra points!
They will have this on our spreadsheet by the end of the week.
We can start reserving for extra points - I will also be putting on the Planning Spreadsheet.
This is an optional mini challenge for our Wheelathon players during week 6 only.
This mini challenge is all about reading different tasks related to the holiday season!

How to play
For each task read you will receive points (as listed)

Looks like no - found this from the mods faq:
for anthologies, with an editor, we can only use the editor.
i.e. for the BOM My True Love Gave to Me: Twelve Holiday Stories, the available letters would be M (title) / S / P (editor) & any character names

I met Trisha when she got to go to SF for a Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ event in 2016, I think it was. We'd been online friends in GR since August 2012 and finally met in person. It was so nice. I live a little over an hour from SF UNLESS you got in the morning after 3:30 and then you're looking at 3 hours. LOL
